Singer Lim Young-woong has reached his 6th anniversary since being crowned the winner of 'Mister Trot'. Since being selected as the first-ever winner with 1.37 million votes on March 14, 2020, he has consistently been active for six years, setting new records not just as a trot star but in the history of popular music.

Lim Young-woong holds the all-time No. 1 record for cumulative streaming on Melon with approximately 13.5 billion streams across digital and physical releases. His first full-length album, 'IM HERO', set a solo artist record with 1.1 million copies sold in its initial week. For his second album, 'IM HERO 2', he introduced a new approach by omitting the CD and packaging only an "album book," considering both fan affordability and environmental protection.
