Jung Ok-sook stated that she learned of Choi Jun-hee's marriage through YouTube and shed tears while thinking of her daughter, Choi Jin-sil. She also expressed her feelings of injustice regarding Choi Jin-sil's inheritance. Lee Jin-ho, quoting Mrs. Jung, explained that Choi Jin-sil had little income before and after her divorce, depleting her cash assets, but she made a successful comeback with the drama 'Rosy Life,' generating income. However, he added that her cash assets rapidly decreased after her death due to advertising penalty fees, lawsuits, and taxes.

In conclusion, the inheritance left by Choi Jin-sil consisted of a house in Jamwon-dong and two officetels, which were inherited by Choi Hwan-hee and Choi Jun-hee with a 50% stake each. Jung Ok-sook had no stake in the real estate and could not sell it.
