Man Living with the King, 810,000 Daily Viewers

Despite being in its fourth week of release, the film 'The Man Who Lives with the King' is on the verge of surpassing 10 million viewers, having surpassed 810,000 daily admissions. On March 1st alone, it drew over 817,000 viewers, ranking first at the box office, with cumulative admissions exceeding 8.48 million. This marks a record of surpassing 8 million viewers in just 26 days since its release, and it is showing an unprecedented box office surge by achieving its highest daily admissions in its fourth week. The film's success is being driven by strong word-of-mouth and a trend of multiple viewings, with industry insiders predicting a high possibility of breaking the 10 million viewer mark by the middle of this month.

If 'The Man Who Lives with the King' surpasses 10 million viewers, it will be the first 10 million-viewer film of 2026 and the first such film in approximately two years since 'The Roundup: Punishment'. Additionally, director Jang Hang-jun will receive the honor of directing his first 10 million-viewer film, and Yoo Hae-jin will become the protagonist of his fifth 10 million-viewer film. Park Ji-hoon will earn the title of '10 Million Actor' with his debut film, and Yoo Ji-tae and Jeon Mi-do will also experience their first 10 million-viewer film.
