BTS Jin Excluded From Album Credits: Why?
The group BTS has revealed behind-the-scenes stories about the making of their new album 'ARIRANG'. The members shared album production episodes during a live broadcast called 'STUDIO NOTES | ARIRANG' on the fan communication platform 'Weverse'.
RM explained that each member's unique color is captured in this album, and expressed regret that Jin was unable to participate more in the album's creation due to his solo overseas tour schedule. Jin was busy with his solo tour during the album's production, and while he joined the US 'Song Camp' late, he was unable to get songwriting and lyric credits.

Regarding the situation at the time, V explained, "There was time we could have worked together, but he wasn't feeling well. He kept touring," and Jungkook mentioned Jin's busy schedule, saying, "Didn't he go somewhere else before us?" RM encouraged Jin, saying, "You worked really hard," and Jimin added, "Thanks to you, you protected the team, which is why the album came out." Jungkook silently patted Jin's shoulder to show his support, and Jin replied, "It's great that many cool songs came out."

BTS released their new album 'ARIRANG' as a full group on the 20th, their first in approximately 3 years and 9 months. This album captures the team's identity and the universal emotions the members have faced, with Chairman Bang Si-hyuk participating as the executive producer. The title track 'SWIM' conveys a message of moving forward even amidst the flow of life, and RM was in charge of the overall lyrics.
BTS began album production in July with a 'Song Camp' in Los Angeles, USA. At that time, Jin performed a total of 18 shows in 9 cities through his solo fan concert tour '#RUNSEOKJIN EP.TOUR', with the final performance held in Amsterdam, Netherlands, on August 10th.
