The final tally, combining scores from the first round of the finals, on-site judging, national support votes, new song digital scores, and real-time text voting, revealed Hong Ji-yoon as the ultimate winner with a total score of 3727 points. Hong Ji-yoon stated, "I will continue to work hard and do my best to become a great musician."

Following Hong Ji-yoon, Cha Ji-yeon, Lee Soo-yeon, Koo Soo-kyung, Kang Hye-yeon, Kim Tae-yeon, and Solji secured their spots in the TOP7 and were selected as national representatives for the "2026 Korea-Japan Queen Competition."
