Honor Ratings Expected to Surpass 4%

ENA's Monday-Tuesday drama 'Honor: Court of Women' is continuing its upward trend, surpassing 4% in viewership ratings. The 7th episode, aired on the 23rd, recorded 4.3% viewership ratings based on Nielsen Korea's national household standard, setting a new personal best. With only four episodes remaining until the finale, the conspiracy surrounding 'Connectin,' an app for child sexual exploitation and secret prostitution, has begun to unfold in earnest, increasing viewer engagement.

Although the viewership rating for the 8th episode slightly dropped to 4.2%, a shocking ending has reignited anticipation for future developments. Yoon Ra-young (Lee Na-young) fell into Park Je-yeol's (Seo Hyun-woo) trap, but with the cooperation of Park Je-yeol's wife, Hong Yeon-hee (Baek Eun-hye), and a collaboration with Kang Shin-jae's (Jung Eun-chae) fiancé, Baek Tae-joo (Yeon Woo-jin), she got closer to uncovering the truth about 'Connectin.'

Park Je-yeol published an article identifying Yoon Ra-young as the perpetrator of a 20-year-old attempted murder case. However, during a live broadcast debate, Yoon Ra-young revealed she was a victim of sexual assault and urged an investigation by mentioning Lee Jun-hyuk (Lee Choong-ju) and Jo Yoo-jeong (Park Se-hyun), who were murdered while investigating 'Connectin.' This led to public support, and victims of 'Connectin' visited the L&J law firm. Yoon Ra-young promised, "I will do everything to protect you," foreshadowing a satisfying narrative of punishing evil.

However, further difficulties are anticipated due to Park Je-yeol, who received a notice of suspension from his duties because of Yoon Ra-young, and Han Min-seo (Jeon So-young), who is planning revenge by approaching Park Je-yeol's daughter. Attention is focused on what variables they will introduce and how the three lawyers of L&J will overcome them. Expectations are rising as to whether 'Honor' can maintain this momentum and continue to break its own records.

Meanwhile, Genie TV's original drama 'Your Taste,' starring Kang Ha-neul and Go Min-si, has shown strong performance on OTT platforms, rising from its initial viewership rating of 1.6% to 2.5% by the 3rd episode. It ranked first in Netflix's Top 10 series in Korea within three days of its release and appeared in the Top 10 in 12 countries. As word-of-mouth spreads among viewers, it is noteworthy whether it can achieve the 4% viewership rating, a feat not seen in ENA's Monday-Tuesday dramas since 'Your Honor' last year.
