Hwang Young-woong bows deeply with tears in front of 10,000 people

Singer Hwang Young-woong took the stage at the Gangjin Celadon Festival in South Jeolla Province on the 28th. More than 10,000 fans and tourists gathered, injecting real vitality into the local economy.
