BTS Jin's Arirang Credit Omission: Why?

The reason Jin's name was excluded from the credits of the new album by the group BTS has been revealed. BTS shared behind-the-scenes details of their album work during a live broadcast celebrating the release of their fifth full-length album, 'Arirang,' on the 20th.

RM explained the new album, saying, "Each member's color is fully incorporated." He added, "It's a shame that Jin hyung couldn't participate more, but if his tour had ended just a little sooner." It is understood that Jin was unable to be credited for songwriting and lyrics on the new album because he joined the U.S. songwriting camp late due to his solo tour schedule.

In response, V explained, "There was time to work together, but hyung wasn't feeling well. He was still on tour," and RM also said, "Hyung went through a lot. It was a shame." Jimin chimed in, "Thanks to him, he protected the team, which is why the album was released."

During the live broadcast, Jin said, "It's good that many great songs came out," but he also showed a bittersweet expression. Jungkook, who was next to him, patted Jin's shoulder without a word, appearing to comfort him.
