In the 4th episode of SBS's Friday-Saturday drama 'Dr. Romantic 3', Shin Eu-mi (Yoo Yeon-seok) revealed the shocking identity of the real culprit who drove high school student ghost Kim Soo-ah (Oh Ye-ju) to her death. He exposed the jealousy and desire hidden behind the incident, which had been covered up as a simple fall.

Shin Eu-mi's pursuit provided exhilarating catharsis, and the end of the unjust death left a touching lingering impression, increasing viewer immersion. The 4th episode's viewership ratings recorded 9.1% nationwide and 9.3% in the Seoul metropolitan area, breaking its own highest ratings and securing an overwhelming first place among Saturday mini-series. The 2049 viewership rating also ranked first among all Saturday broadcasts.

Shin Eu-mi pursued composer Go Jong-seok (Jung Si-heon), the main suspect in Kim Soo-ah's case. When Kim Soo-ah's phone signal was detected near Go Jong-seok's house, he infiltrated and found evidence that Go Jong-seok had stolen Kim Soo-ah's self-composed song. He also overheard Go Jong-seok angrily mentioning another person who knew about the existence of Kim Soo-ah's self-composed song, and instinctively felt that Emma (Cheon Young-min), Kim Soo-ah's closest fellow trainee, was in danger.

At the same time, Han Na-hyun (Lee Som) approached the core of the case by confirming Go Jong-seok's suspicious criminal record.
