The movie 'King and the Clown' (Wang-sa-nam) is on the verge of surpassing 13 million viewers, having recorded a cumulative audience of 12,214,093.
The film drew 158,650 viewers even on weekdays, and with advance ticket sales surging to the 280,000 range ahead of the weekend, it is projected to break the 13 million viewer mark.

The movie is also creating a box office sensation in North America, currently screening in over 50 cities across the United States and Canada. As of the 9th, North American revenue stands at $1.79 million (approximately 2.7 billion KRW), surpassing the box office performance of '12.12: The Day' and 'Extreme Job' in North America.
The scale of its North American release has also expanded, with screenings in 125 theaters this week, bringing the cumulative total to approximately 150 theaters, an unusually large number.
