The management agency and ticketing platform are facing criticism for their inadequate response to the situation where tickets for the group TWS's fan meeting are being resold at exorbitant prices on the black market. TWS fan meeting tickets have appeared on the black market at prices several times the original cost, with illegal overseas sellers, including those from China, also participating in the sales.

The ticketing platform, NOL Ticket, announced, "Tickets purchased through abnormal or fraudulent methods will be canceled," but ticket scalping using macros and other automated tools is still rampant.

TWS's agency, Pledis Entertainment, only announced that tickets were sold out on the day of the sale, drawing criticism for its insufficient response to the severity of the situation. This shows a lack of improvement despite similar issues occurring with Seventeen concerts in the past.

This irresponsible approach stands in stark contrast to the cases of other entertainment agencies that have actively implemented measures to block ticket scalping and macro usage.

In the past, the group GOT7 announced an official stance regarding damages from fraudulent fan meeting ticket transactions, stating, "We recognize the seriousness of fraudulent ticket trading and will strictly deal with it to protect our fans' rights." They also took measures to cancel and restrict reservations for abnormal purchases. Furthermore, they expanded fan participation opportunities by adding more performance dates.
