Won Hayeon, who appeared on 'Miss Trot 4', is gaining attention for pioneering a new genre called 'Taekkyon Trot', which combines the traditional martial art 'Taekkyon' with trot music.

Although she was unfortunately eliminated in the third round of the main competition during the team medley mission as part of the 'Vitao Girls' team, she showcased a high-difficulty performance befitting her 'Taekkyon Girl' persona.

Regarding the 'fire show' performance presented in her final stage, Won Hayeon expressed great satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment. She emphasized the significance of mastering a move that typically takes three months to learn in just three weeks.

"I thought that if I could just succeed with the high-difficulty performance at the end, then everything would be complete. It was a truly difficult technique, and I thought, 'If I can just succeed at this, I'll have no regrets.' I was satisfied because I was able to finish the team medley mission stage happily and without any major mistakes. Even when they announced the additional qualifiers, I felt, 'I have no regrets even if it ends here; I've given it my all.' Of course, it would have been great to advance, but I felt that getting this far was enough for me."

The 'fire show' performance garnered significant attention but also carried considerable risk. Members, including Won Hayeon, endured injuries during practice, such as singed hair and blisters.

"While everyone aimed for victory, the most important thing we considered was 'Let's not get hurt' and 'Let's do it safely.' We practiced that much. All of us had our hair and eyelashes singed, and our clothes caught fire, but we didn't realize it because we were so focused; we only knew when someone next to us told us. Practicing for several hours a day, each of us repeatedly spinning the props, resulted in multiple blisters on our fingers."

The audience's reaction at the venue was closer to concern than enthusiastic applause. Won Hayeon remarked, "We thought it was really cool, but it probably looked too flashy or dangerous," noting the difference in the audience's perspective.

Regardless of the outcome, all the members felt it was a stage they were satisfied with. While the audience scores falling short of expectations was disappointing, they had no regrets because they gave their all.

Throughout the interview, Won Hayeon maintained a bright and positive energy, first recalling memories and expressing gratitude towards her fellow team members.

She particularly expressed her gratitude to Chungil and Nam Seungmin from 'Mister Trot 3' for lending their support to the 'Vitao Girls' performance. Chungil's seasoned experience with 'fire shows' helped lead the team stably, while Nam Seungmin anchored the performance, enhancing its overall quality.

Through her appearance on 'Miss Trot 4', Won Hayeon firmly established her 'Taekkyon Girl' image. Combining her Taekkyon-based stamina and stage presence with her charming vocal tone and singing ability, she achieved the feat of reaching the third round of the main competition.

"From the beginning, I didn't have any specific goals or ambitions regarding my ranking. There are so many talented and enthusiastic people in Korea, and I wondered how I could truly shine in a major competition like 'Miss Trot.' So, I approached it with the mindset of just having fun and enjoying myself. In reality, it was a time where I could comfortably perform without pressure, show everything I had, and I was truly happy."
