In particular, the treatment process of resident Kim Jeong-bae became an opportunity to bring the two closer. In the process of persuading and treating a patient who had lost the will to live, Yoo Eun-woo conveyed her sincerity, and Do Ji-han began to open up emotions he had not easily shown before.

Amidst Pyeondong-do's unfamiliar culture and the residents' demands, Do Ji-han strove to uphold his principles as a doctor. His focus on the patient's condition and treatment, even in conflict situations with residents, demonstrated his responsibility and beliefs.
