Singer Kwon Jin-ah will release the pre-release song "Rain on Me" from her third mini-album 'SAVE ME' at 6 PM on the 23rd. One day before the new song's release, on the 22nd, Kwon Jin-ah released a documentary chronicling her daily life and music production process. In the documentary, she revealed, "The opening lyric, 'I leave this love at your feet and begin,' was written five years ago," and stated that the song flowed easily once she shifted from a piano ballad to a modern rock direction. She also explained that while the song began about unrequited love, during the production process, she felt the narrator was experiencing emotions like being caught in a sudden downpour, leading to the title and lyrics of "Rain on Me."

This song marks Kwon Jin-ah's first full-fledged foray into the rock genre since her debut, signaling a dramatic transformation from 'Ballad Queen' to 'Rockstar.' Kwon Jin-ah had previously garnered positive reactions from audiences by performing "Rain on Me" live at her concert in April and at the Seoul Park Music Festival in June.
