BOYNEXTDOOR Cheers for LG Twins Baseball

Professional baseball team LG Twins is collaborating with the group BOYNEXTDOOR to create a new team cheer song. This cheer song has been reinterpreted based on BOYNEXTDOOR's first full album title track, ‘VIRAL’. The club stated, "We reinterpreted the original song's message with the meaning, 'We hope LG Twins' cheers spread more widely between the baseball stadium and the fans.'" Notably, the BOYNEXTDOOR members personally participated in rewriting the lyrics and creating the cheer choreography, promising a different flavor from existing cheer songs.

This collaboration originated from the connection between BOYNEXTDOOR member Myung Jaehyun and LG Twins catcher Lee Juheon, who are alumni of Seongnam Middle School and Seongnam High School. The two have maintained their friendship, and this relationship naturally led to the realization of this project.

Member Myung Jaehyun shared his thoughts on the collaboration, saying, "As an LG Twins fan, I watch every game. I am truly happy and excited to hear our song as a cheer song for the team I like," and added, "​I will work harder to make both BOYNEXTDOOR and LG Twins 'viral'."

The new cheer song for LG Twins is scheduled to be released today (23rd) at 2 PM via the official LG Twins SNS channels.

LG Twins planned this cheer song collaboration to take another step towards the 'Energetic' and 'Friendly' cheering culture that the club pursues.
