Actress Seo Ji-hye, currently appearing in the ENA Monday-Tuesday drama 'Straw Man', is solidifying her position as an actress being hailed as a "promising talent." In 'Straw Man', Seo Ji-hye plays Kang Sun-young, the younger sister of the protagonist Kang Tae-joo (played by Park Hae-soo), and is active as a key figure who orchestrates the drama's tension. She recently received critical acclaim from viewers for her delicate portrayal of Sun-young's tragic situation, discovering her pregnancy after being verbally and physically abused by a colleague. Ahead of the broadcast of the 6th episode of the ENA Monday-Tuesday drama 'Straw Man', released stills show an uncomfortable confrontation between Kang Tae-joo (played by Park Hae-soo) and Lee Ki-hwan (played by Jung Moon-sung), and an affectionate reunion between Lee Ki-beom (played by Song Geon-hee) and Kang Sun-young (played by Seo Ji-hye). With Lee Ki-beom being pointed out as a suspect in a serial murder case, Kang Tae-joo is tidying up a messy bookstore in place of Lee Ki-hwan, while Lee Ki-hwan appears uncomfortable. In the scene where Lee Ki-beom and Kang Sun-young have a brief meeting at the police station, Kang Sun-young's heartfelt affection is conveyed as she holds the handcuffed Lee Ki-beom's hand. The production team announced that in the 6th episode, Kang Tae-joo will become enraged upon learning that Lee Ki-beom was held captive and assaulted, and that another suspect will emerge with new clues.

Meanwhile, in Wavve's original series 'Revers', Seo Ji-hye captivated viewers with her performance oscillating between composure and recklessness. Ham Hyo-jin (played by Seo Ji-hye), whose memory was erased after being kidnapped, grows increasingly distrustful of Ryu Joon-ho (played by Go Soo) and Lia (played by Hwang Se-in), who seem to be monitoring her. After learning that she was taking medication for severe mental illness, she makes a desperate escape. After her escape, she recalls her attempt to kill Wang Ki-cheol (played by Yoon Je-moon) two years prior, fueling her desire for revenge. She races towards the end of her revenge, which culminates in a destructive climax as she investigates Ryu Joon-ho's whereabouts on the day of the explosion.
