Daniel Caesar Announces May Concert in South Korea

Canadian R&B singer-songwriter Daniel Caesar will hold a concert in Korea on May 29th at 8 PM at Hall 10, Exhibition Hall 2, KINTEX, Goyang City, Gyeonggi Province. This concert is part of his 'Son of Spergy' tour and marks his return to Korea after approximately two years and six months. Concert tickets will be exclusively sold starting April 15th at 12 PM on the official ticketing site, NOL Ticket.

Daniel Caesar gained recognition in 2019 when he won 'Best R&B Performance' at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards for '​Best Part', performed with H.E.R. He also participated in Justin Bieber's hit song '​Peaches' in 2021, which reached number one on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart and received four Grammy Award nominations.

He began his career receiving critical acclaim for his EPs (2014) and <Pilgrim's Paradise> (2015). His first studio album, (2017), was nominated for 'Best R&B Album' at the 60th Annual Grammy Awards, and his song 'Get You (feat. Kali Uchis)' was nominated for 'Best R&B Performance'.

His second full-length album, <CASE STUDY 01> (2019), released in 2019, garnered attention for its impressive lineup of featured artists including Brandy, Pharrell Williams, and John Mayer. His third album, (2023), released in 2023, set a record for the most sales for a male R&B artist's album in its first week, reaching number 14 on the Billboard Album Chart, and won 'Contemporary R&B Recording of the Year' at the 2024 Juno Awards.

His fourth studio album, , released last year, received critical acclaim and achieved commercial success, debuting at number 4 on the Billboard Album Chart and topping the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart in its first week. This year, he was honored with the '​International Achievement Award', as well as awards for 'Songwriter of the Year' and 'Contemporary R&B Recording' at the Juno Awards.
