Furthermore, Nomus refuted the claim that they are refusing to return advance payments due to concerns about damages from breach of contract with Fromm. Nomus stated, "We have never breached the contract, and this has been confirmed through recent court decisions, including provisional disposition orders." They pointed out that their contractual rights are being infringed upon, citing attempts to pursue contracted business rights with third parties. Nomus emphasized that they will continue to take necessary legal action to protect their rights and maintain contractual order.

Nomus has appointed Bae, Kim & Lee LLC as its legal representative and has filed a criminal complaint against One Hundred for violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. They intend to hold those spreading false claims strictly legally accountable in the future. A company official stated, "All facts will be clearly revealed through future legal proceedings," and that instead of issuing separate statements regarding the ongoing confusion caused by repeated media reports, they will respond through the court's verdict.

Singer Baekhyun is leaving INB100, a company he personally founded. Chen and Xiumin, who were also with the agency, are following the same path. This marks the end of the relationship between ChenBaekXi and CEO Cha Ga-won after two years. It is reported that Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin sent a certified letter to INB100 CEO Cha Ga-won at the end of March notifying him of their contract termination and demanding an explanation for contract violations, including unpaid settlement fees. However, they have not received a satisfactory response for over two weeks.

CEO Cha Ga-won's side stated that they are working to normalize the company and will resolve the issues through additional investment or by using personal funds. INB100 was founded by Baekhyun and was absorbed as a subsidiary of One Hundred Label, co-founded by CEO Cha Ga-won and MC Mong, in May of last year. Recently, issues such as unpaid settlement fees and unpaid costs to partner companies surfaced, leading to widespread industry repercussions as multiple artists sent certified letters to the company to terminate their contracts.
