In KBS 2TV's new Saturday-Sunday mini-series 'The Perfect Marriage', actor Namgoong Min will showcase a moment where his life drastically changes due to a single phone call. 'The Perfect Marriage' is a dangerous crime thriller about a man whose wife is kidnapped just before their divorce.

Namgoong Min plays the role of Kang Tae-joo, a neurosurgeon. The day after he tells his wife, Go Se-yoon (played by Lee Seol), that he wants a divorce, she gets kidnapped, and he becomes entangled in the incident. Namgoong Min is poised to set a new '​career-defining performance' with his explosive acting in action sequences and chase scenes.

Amidst this, stills have been released showing Kang Tae-joo in shock after receiving a phone call. After hearing what's on the other end of the line, Kang Tae-joo wears a bewildered expression, his gaze wavering, and his face turns deathly pale. His usual composure vanishes as he stares blankly at his phone screen, hinting at the occurrence of an unusual event.

Namgoong Min, with his unwavering performance, captivated the set by portraying Kang Tae-joo's psychological changes and actions from the moment of shock. He tenuously depicted the rapidly changing emotions from the moment of shock and flexibly expressed the emotional nuances of transforming from an ordinary doctor into a character in an extreme situation, enhancing the scene's completeness.

'The Perfect Marriage' is a project that brings together actors with solid acting skills, including director Kim Jung-hyun, Namgoong Min, Kim Dae-myung, Lee Seol, and Lee Sang-hee. It was produced with support from the Korea Communications Agency Fund and will premiere on the 4th.
