JTBC's Saturday-Sunday drama 'The Chairman's New Employee' episode 10 featured a shocking development where Hwang Jun-hyun (Lee Jun-young), possessed by the spirit of Choi Sung Group Chairman Kang Yong-ho (Son Hyun-ju), discovered the identity of the culprit who harmed Kang Yong-ho, and Kang Yong-ho's survival, previously believed to be dead, was confirmed. Consequently, episode 10 achieved its highest viewership ratings to date, with 11.1% in the Seoul metropolitan area and 11.1% nationwide, and the highest minute-by-minute rating soared to 12.1% in the Seoul metropolitan area. The 2049 target audience rating also ranked first among all Sunday programs with 4.0% nationwide.

Hwang Jun-hyun, while pretending to assist Kang Jae-kyung (Jeon Hye-jin) by her side, focused on finding crucial evidence of the person who killed Kang Yong-ho. Hwang Jun-hyun discovered that the hospital CCTV was under maintenance on the day of the incident and tracked down the person in charge. He confirmed that Kang Jae-kyung was also pursuing the same individual, solidifying his belief that this person held the key to the case.

He attempted to identify the contact by checking the phone number labeled 'Money Source' on the person in charge's mobile phone. However, the individual who appeared at the meeting place was the secretary of Taeha Group Chairman Na Byung-mo (Jung Jae-sung). This revealed that Na Byung-mo had bribed the hospital security staff to obtain the CCTV footage in order to gain leverage over Kang Jae-kyung.

Na Byung-mo created anxiety for Kang Jae-kyung by reporting the hospital CCTV footage and threatened to hand over the hydrogen business technology without paying the remaining balance. Despite Kang Jae-kyung confessing that she did not kill Kang Yong-ho, Na Byung-mo chillingly stated, "You just need to make them believe he's dead."

Cornered, Kang Jae-kyung confessed to Hwang Jun-hyun that Na Byung-mo was behind everything. Hwang Jun-hyun then pretended to side with Na Byung-mo and began working to find definitive proof of his wrongdoings.
