BTS Jin, Jin Taehyun Vote Selfie Sparks Buzz

On June 3rd, the day of the 9th National Simultaneous Local Elections and National Assembly by-elections, Jin, a member of the group BTS, visited the 3rd polling station in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and cast his vote. Jin, who returned to Korea briefly after concluding his world tour 'Arirang' in Las Vegas, visited the polling station in a gray top and bottom, and a black hat. After voting, he gave a light wave to the reporters.

Actors Jin Tae-hyun and Park Si-eun, a married couple, visited the polling station in athletic wear after their early morning running training and shared a proof shot. They posted a photo taken together in front of the polling station wearing black and white athletic wear on Instagram, with the caption "Early morning training & voting collaboration."

Girl group ODD EYE CIRCLE encouraged voting by posting a commemorative photo taken by four members (excluding the Japanese member) after they voted on May 30th, the early voting day. Kani, a member born in 2007 and participating in her first-ever vote, shared her thoughts, saying, "I've become an adult and cast my first vote as a citizen of Korea. I feel proud."

Actress So Yu-jin announced on her social media that she had completed her vote despite her busy schedule with her three children, posting a photo of the polling station and the caption "Vote completed!" Broadcaster Jang Young-ran also left a message with a photo of her hand stamped with the voting mark, saying, "Even if you're busy, please vote." Actor Yoon Jong-hoon, who is appearing in the KBS 1TV daily drama 'Happy Our Good Day', encouraged voter participation by posting a photo taken in front of the polling station and saying, "Everyone, let's all vote."

Musical actor couple Kim So-hyun and Son Jun-ho revealed a family photo taken at the polling station with their son, Joo-an, conveying the meaning as "Letting our precious vote be known." Broadcaster Jang Sung-kyu also posted a proof shot of his first time accompanying his son to the polling station, saying, "To those who will be elected, please take good care of our children."
