Actor Byun Woo-seok honestly shared his concerns about balancing work and life (work-life balance) amidst a busy schedule.

Byun Woo-seok recently appeared on the YouTube channel 'DdeunDdeun's 'Pinggyego' and revealed, "There are times when I only dedicate all my time to work, so I end up seeing my parents only once every three months and my friends once every five months." He added, "​I love my work so much, but I have many concerns about how to achieve this balance." He expressed his sense of responsibility towards his work, saying, "​Even though I miss people, my personality makes me feel more at ease when I'm at home reviewing scripts one more time."

In response, MC Yoo Jae-suk encouraged him, saying, "It can't be helped right now. Even if you feel sorry to your family and those around you, this is the time you need to push forward." He added, "​It's only been about two years since Woo-seok became a full-fledged big star, and now is the time to row the boat."

IU, who appeared alongside him, testified to Byun Woo-seok's passion, stating, "Watching him from the side, he's so busy that he barely has any leisure time." Byun Woo-seok expressed, "​I am so grateful and happy with my current life," while also conveying his honor at reuniting with IU, whom he first met as an extra 10 years ago, to act together again.
