Jang Yoon-jeong Debuts on Korean Cooking Show

Former Miss Korea and broadcaster Jang Yoon-jung will showcase her outstanding cooking skills on her first-ever cooking program. On the MBN show 'Altoran,' airing on the 5th, Jang Yoon-jung is set to display her culinary expertise in front of renowned chefs like Lee Yeon-bok and Kim Min-sung. She also impressed guest Deni Ahn by serving him homemade sauces, kimchi, and a spring-themed home-cooked meal.

In an interview with the production team, Jang Yoon-jung stated, "Having lived as a housewife in the U.S. for over 10 years, my cooking is simply a part of my life. Since many Korean ingredients are hard to find there, you could say it became survival cooking. My children love Korean food, so I found my own ways to make dishes, and many of them were created through that process." She surprised Chef Lee Yeon-bok with her Jjapchae, a dish featuring her unique secret ingredients.

Furthermore, Jang Yoon-jung treated Deni Ahn, who visited for spring, to a generous home-cooked meal featuring fresh spring vegetables like spring cabbage, dallae, and shepherd's purse, showcasing her exquisite culinary touch. She is also scheduled to share her beauty secrets. This broadcast is highly anticipated as it will reveal her mother's home for the first time, featuring homemade sauces and traditional Korean earthenware pots.

Jang Yoon-jung is currently appearing on KBS1's 'Sisters' Slam Dunk' with Hwang Shin-hye and Jung Ga-eun, where her comfortable charm plays a central role in the program.
