Actress Ha Ji-won expressed her overwhelming emotions after returning to a music show stage for the first time in 23 years. Through her social media, she stated, "It was a moment my heart pounded with excitement," adding, "I'm grateful to be able to feel this thrill even today. Thank you so much for cheering me on together."

Ha Ji-won appeared on MBC TV's music program 'Show! Music Core,' which aired that day, and performed her 2003 song 'Home Run' live. The song was the OST for the movie 'Reversal of Fortune,' in which Ha Ji-won starred. It was written and composed by singer Psy, garnering significant attention at the time.

Ha Ji-won honestly confessed that she used to consider this stage a "dark history she wanted to erase." She shared, "I felt a mix of emotions as I prepared to return to the stage, encouraged by the surprise appearance of the Kangnam-Lee Sang-hwa couple and the suggestion from Kian84." She also added that although she had many worries due to the short preparation time, she practiced day and night to avoid being a burden to the junior singers performing with her, and felt relieved and satisfied to have completed the stage without any mistakes.

This surprise comeback was realized to keep a promise with her fans. Ha Ji-won recently appeared on the web entertainment show '26th Grade Ji-won,' where she made a pledge: if a specific content's view count exceeded 1.2 million, she would reenact her 2003 stage. Upon reaching the target view count, she immediately took to the stage, keeping her word.
