Jung Woo Sings OST 'Question' for K-Drama

Actor Jung Woo personally sang "Question," the OST for his directorial debut film "Jjanggu." The song was released on April 22nd at 6 PM on various online music streaming sites.

The film "Jjanggu" depicts the intense audition challenges and tumultuous survival story of the protagonist Jjanggu (played by Jung Woo), who comes to the city with dreams of becoming an actor. Jung Woo wrote the screenplay, co-directed, and starred in the film, which is known as a follow-up story to the movie "The Wind."

The OST song "Question" maximizes its lyrical atmosphere by combining a retro and vintage pop ballad sound from the early 1980s with Jung Woo's plain voice. The song conveys warm comfort to the youth standing at the threshold of adulthood and carries a message that even periods of wandering are part of the process of moving towards a destination.

The OST was produced by music director Park Sung-il, who has showcased a delicate musical world in works such as "Thank You," "Itaewon Class," and "My Mister," further enhancing its quality. Jung Woo revealed his deep affection for the project by personally participating not only in the script, direction, and acting but also in singing the OST.

The film "Jjanggu" has received recognition for its artistic merit, having been selected for the "Korean Cinema Today Special Premiere" at the 30th Busan International Film Festival and the competition section of the 4th Yokohama Film Festival. It was released on the 22nd.
