Korean Actress Esom Quits Big Law Firm

In the SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Woo, Again', Hanna Hyun (Lee Som), who was an ace lawyer at the large law firm 'Taebaek', has resigned and is signaling a drastic change in her career path.

Hanna Hyun was originally a cold-blooded lawyer who only proved herself through results, but after meeting Shin Yi-rang (Yoo Yeon-seok), cracks began to form in her solid world. In the previous episode, Hanna Hyun tried to use Shin Yi-rang's abilities to win the case, but ultimately, she empathized with the deceased's true feelings and made a choice far from 'Taebaek's' methods. Her 'satisfying performance' of directly opening the kennel lock at a moment of crisis and subduing the real culprit with attack dogs provided catharsis to viewers, but it resulted in immense damage to the research institute, a client of the law firm.

In the preview video for episode 7, released on the 3rd, Hanna Hyun appears as a 'resigned employee'. The video raises questions about how the dangerous collaboration with Shin Yi-rang played a decisive role in her resignation, between winning and losing. The video begins with a tense standoff between Hanna Hyun and Yang Do-kyung (Kim Kyung-nam), the CEO of Taebaek.

Yang Do-kyung visits the resigned Hanna Hyun and tries to persuade her by saying, "There are times to win and times to lose in a trial," and offers her a training opportunity in New York. However, Hanna Hyun firmly draws a line, stating, "I have handled all the compensation for the institute's damages." Despite Yang Do-kyung's persistent requests for her return, Hanna Hyun unhesitatingly shouts, "I'm not going!" and storms out. Attention is focused on Hanna Hyun's future path as she leaves 'Taebaek' and becomes a 'free agent'.

The accompanying still cuts capture these relationship changes. Shin Yi-rang, who declared "ghost-free" and started taking human clients, reunites with Hanna Hyun, who appears in front of the courthouse "Taebaek-free".
