BIGBANG's T.O.P Cheers for G-Dragon & Taeyang

Former BIGBANG member T.O.P has released his first full-length solo album in 13 years, titled 'ANOTHER DIMENSION,' and his former groupmates G-Dragon and Taeyang have publicly shown their support. G-Dragon congratulated T.O.P on his comeback by posting photos related to the album on his social media, and Taeyang also lent his support by previously sharing album photos. This is seen as a demonstration of their unwavering affection for T.O.P, who has left BIGBANG.

T.O.P's new full-length album, 'ANOTHER DIMENSION,' was released on the 3rd at 6 PM and features a total of 11 tracks, including the double title songs 'DESPERADO' and 'STUDIO54.' T.O.P was directly involved in the overall production of the album, and Grammy Award-winning engineer IRKO handled the sound design and mixing, enhancing its quality.

This comeback marks his first solo activity in approximately 13 years since 'DOOM DADA' in 2013, and it is significant as his full-fledged musical return after leaving BIGBANG. Among the album's tracks, in 'OVAYA,' he drew a line on rumors of rejoining BIGBANG with the lyrics "I'm leaving BIG-BANG!", and in 'STUDIO54,' he expressed his apologies to fans for his marijuana use incident and his feelings towards the BIGBANG members. Additionally, the song 'TOP-YOK' includes news audio from the time of his drug case.

T.O.P debuted as a member of BIGBANG in 2006 and received much love, but he suspended his activities and left the group in 2017 due to charges of marijuana use. Although he later mentioned retiring from the entertainment industry, he announced his return last year through his appearance in the Netflix series 'Squid Game 2.'

Public reaction to T.O.P's comeback is divided. Some netizens have expressed criticism, stating, "He's beautifying himself as if he's the one who was hurt, after committing the wrongdoing," while others have responded positively, saying, "His maturity shows in the music compared to before," and "It's good that he's honest about his apologies to the fans."
