Park Shin Hye Pregnant With Second Child, Confirms 'Hellbound 2'

Actress Park Shin-hye will return next year with season 2 of the SBS drama "Judge from Hell." Park Shin-hye, who is currently pregnant with her second child, has confirmed season 2 as her next project after giving birth. This news was first revealed by Studio S CEO Hong Sung-chang at the SBS Drama Media Day "SBS DRAMA: NEXT EPISODE," held at Hotel Naru Seoul M Gallery in Mapo-gu, Seoul, on the morning of the 1st.

At the event, the SBS new drama lineup for the second half of this year and the first half of next year was introduced. In the second half of the year, "Chief Kim," "Flex X Cop 2," "Doctor X," "Good Partner 2," and "9 to 6" will be broadcast. In the first half of next year, "Awakening," "It's a Sure Thing," "Nightmare," and "Full Count" will meet viewers. In addition, "Judge from Hell" season 2, starring Park Shin-hye, and "Dash," starring Shin Hye-sun, were additionally revealed for next year's lineup.

The previously aired "Judge from Hell" achieved great success, recording a highest viewership rating of 13.6% and ranking first in its time slot and at the top of global OTT charts. Park Shin-hye played the role of the devil Kang Bit-na, showcasing a bold transformation in her acting, and provided catharsis to viewers with a powerful narrative of private retribution, punishing villains in the devil's way.

Park Shin-hye is currently pregnant with her second child and is expected to give birth this fall. After recovering from childbirth, she plans to return to the small screen with "Judge from Hell" season 2.
