Singer G.NA and Kim Hojoong are preparing to return to the public eye around the same time. Kim Hojoong was sentenced to two years and six months in prison for charges including a drunk driving hit-and-run accident in Seoul in 2024 and instructing his manager to falsely confess. He faced criticism for initially denying his intoxication before admitting it late and for the controversy surrounding "driver switching." Despite his imprisonment, his fandom has consistently streamed his music and remained active on fan cafes. G.NA is also receiving supportive comments on her return news, despite her long break.
