The Boyz Complete Settlement, Fans Want 10-Member Reunion

One Hundred Label has stated, "We support the full group of The Boyz," in response to reports that members of The Boyz have sued their agency CEO, Cha Ga-won, on charges of embezzlement. One Hundred Label announced a detailed rebuttal, stating that they can no longer overlook the artist's legal representatives' distortion of facts and malicious manipulation of public opinion.

One Hundred Label claims that the embezzlement charges asserted by The Boyz are false, and that it has been clearly confirmed through account analysis and accounting audits that there has been no misappropriation or embezzlement of funds. They also emphasized that they will take legal action, including charges of false accusation, against the artist's legal representatives who filed a baseless criminal complaint.

One Hundred Label believes that the cause of the deepening conflict between the two parties is due to the intentions of the artist's legal representatives, not the artist's own will. They claim that the artist's legal representatives have provided malicious false information to some members of The Boyz, severely damaging the trust relationship between the artists and the company.

One Hundred Label stated that substantial exclusive contract fees and settlement payments have already been paid to the members, and that a plan for settlement payments is also transparently established. Furthermore, they expressed sincere support and desire for the full group activities of all 10 members of The Boyz, and voiced deep concern over the current situation where members are being harmed and the situation is worsening due to someone's instigation.

Previously, The Boyz, excluding New, namely Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, Q, Sunwoo, and Eric, appointed legal representatives and claimed that their agency failed to provide normal settlement payments for all activities from July 2025 onwards, after the settlement payment in the second quarter of 2025. They also stated that the agency abandoned its basic duties as a management company by refusing multiple requests from the artists to review basic documents such as contracts to confirm the transparency of settlements, without any justifiable reason.
