Jang Han-byul Takes Over Times Square, NYC

Jang Han-byul has been crowned the "Next Generation Trend Trot Star" after taking first place in a survival competition. This survival event was a fandom event hosted by the fandom platform "Stardom." In the final voting, which took place from June 16th to 19th, Jang Han-byul secured the top spot with 123,320 votes.

Seong Ri came in second with 105,232 votes, having led in the early and middle stages of the competition but allowing a last-minute reversal. Song Min-jun ranked third with 26,796 votes, and Kim Da-hyun placed fourth with 107 votes.

In this "Next Generation Trend Trot Star" survival competition, 16 candidates selected by Stardom advanced through the round of 16 and the quarterfinals, narrowing down to the final four. Ultimately, Jang Han-byul, Song Min-jun, Seong Ri, and Kim Da-hyun reached the finals.

As the top vote-getter, Jang Han-byul will be featured on a digital billboard in Times Square, Manhattan, New York, as a reward.

Jang Han-byul, born in 1990 and from Australia, debuted with the male band Led Apple. He gained recognition during his solo activities when he appeared on MBN's "Rookie Legend - Trot Men's Hierarchy War," where he finished in third place.
