Shin Ji Marries 7 Years Younger Moon Won

Singer Shin Ji (45) and singer Moon Won (38), who is seven years her junior, will hold their wedding ceremony on May 2nd. The couple will have a private wedding ceremony that afternoon at Raum Art Center in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with family and acquaintances in attendance. Comedian Moon Se-yoon will host the ceremony, and singer Baek Ji-young will sing a congratulatory song.

Shin Ji and Moon Won first met in 2024 as DJ and guest on MBC Standard FM's 'Lee Yoon-seok Shin Ji's Singgeul Singgeul Show' and began dating that same year. After news of their wedding photoshoot broke in June of last year, Shin Ji personally announced their marriage, signaling the start of a new chapter in her life.

During the wedding preparations, they faced difficulties due to various suspicions surrounding Moon Won's past divorce and history, but Shin Ji's side denied these claims, stating "it is groundless." Shin Ji revealed that through this process, their deep trust in each other has become even stronger.

The couple has already moved in together and has been sharing glimpses of their newlywed life through programs like KBS 2TV's 'Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant'. They plan to further showcase the entire wedding preparation process through MBN's 'Someone Else's Precious Family' in the future.

They plan to focus on their activities for the time being, postponing their honeymoon.
