K-Drama 'Seoboy' Stars in Relationship Ahead of Finale

ENA's Monday-Tuesday drama 'Doctor Slump' is set to begin its romance in earnest between Park Shin-hye and Park Hyung-sik with four episodes left to go. Episode 9, airing on the 29th at 10 PM, will see Park Shin-hye and Park Hyung-sik face an unexpected incident on Jin-eon Island. In the previous episode, the two confirmed their true feelings for each other and shared a tender kiss, raising anticipation for the next developments.

This episode will showcase a changed atmosphere between Park Shin-hye and Park Hyung-sik, bringing excitement. Park Shin-hye, who has a trauma related to the sea, appears unusually calm by Park Hyung-sik's side. However, the atmosphere takes a turn with an unexpected incident occurring on Jin-eon Island. The village chief of Jin-eon Island is captured grabbing Park Shin-hye's collar and throwing a tantrum before collapsing and crying, while Park Shin-hye and Park Hyung-sik's pained expressions foreshadow a serious event.

Additionally, Yoo Yeon-seok's appearance is also captured. Yoo Yeon-seok, who was in turmoil after witnessing Kim Ji-won entering Uhm Jung-hwa's house, faces a mysterious rival as a patient. The contrast between Yoo Yeon-seok, who doesn't hide his annoyance and continues with his acupuncture treatment, and Kim Ji-won, who is in pain, is expected to bring laughter.

Although it dropped to 4.0% in episode 7, it surged back to 4.8% in episode 8, showing a volatile viewership trend. While there were mixed reactions to the romantic developments in episode 7, the ending of episode 8, announcing the official start of their relationship, heightened viewers' expectations.
