Taeyang Returns After 9 Years with New Music

Artist Taeyang is accelerating his comeback preparations by revealing the tracklist for his fourth full-length album, 'QUINTESSENCE,' his first in approximately nine years. The Black Label released the album mock-up image along with the tracklist and title track on their official social media channels.

This album features a total of 10 songs, with the title track being '​LIVE FAST DIE SLOW.' The tracklist video sequentially displays the titles and logos of each included song, with the title track notably placed at the center, heightening anticipation.

Among the included songs, 'WOULD YOU' features a collaboration with fellow label artists Tarzan and Woojin from ALLDAY PROJECT. In addition to this, nine other tracks hint at diverse moods, suggesting the album is filled with a rich variety of colors.

Through this album, Taeyang plans to respond to the long wait of global K-pop fans with new songs that embody his unique identity. The visual elements revealed alongside the tracklist provide clues to the direction of the new release.

Previously, Taeyang has been building excitement for his comeback by sequentially releasing the 'QUINTESSENCE' trailer, main photos, posters, and visual films. The album title 'QUINTESSENCE' means 'essence' or 'quintessence,' amplifying curiosity about the message Taeyang intends to convey through this album.
