Moon Woojin Cast in New K-Drama 'Scarecrow'

Actor Moon Woo-jin will heighten the drama's immersion by confirming his appearance in ENA's new Monday-Tuesday drama '​The Scarecrow'. He will play the younger version of prosecutor Cha Si-young.

'The Scarecrow' is a crime investigation thriller drama that unfolds as a detective investigating the true culprit of a serial murder case unexpectedly forms a cooperative relationship with someone he despises.

The younger Cha Si-young, played by Moon Woo-jin, is a prosecutor with both a cool head for judgment and political acumen. From a young age, he has been entangled in a fated rivalry with Tae-ju (played by Park Hae-soo) and aims to surpass him. Moon Woo-jin is expected to delicately portray the lack, twisted competitiveness, and the character's cracks that the younger Cha Si-young possessed. As this past narrative of Cha Si-young serves as a crucial starting point for the work, Moon Woo-jin's performance is anticipated to boost the drama's immersion.

Moon Woo-jin has built his presence in various projects since his debut as a CF model in 2016.
