Actress Cha Joo Young Shares Update After 3 Months

Actress Cha Ju-young has shared an update on her condition approximately three months after undergoing ENT surgery for recurrent nosebleeds.

On the 17th, Cha Ju-young posted a video on her social media with the caption, "A mask I took off for a moment. The outside air still feels strange. This surgery has made me realize so many truly important things." She added, "​Thanks to your worried thoughts, I'm slowly and steadily regaining my strength. I'm spending time as if deleted, carefully, and yay, it's spring," sending her regards to her fans. In the video, Cha Ju-young is seen wearing a hat and going out, her relaxed expression suggesting she is recovering.

In January, Cha Ju-young had undergone detailed examinations and treatment for long-term, recurrent nosebleeds, and based on medical advice, she proceeded with ENT surgery. As a result, she temporarily withdrew from scheduled official events and some activities to focus on her recovery. At the time, her agency stated, "She is currently in the stage where post-surgery recovery and observation are necessary." Cha Ju-young had previously shared a video on her social media showing a situation where she had to receive an IV drip because her nosebleeds wouldn't stop.

Cha Ju-young gained public recognition for her role as Choi Hye-jeong in the 2023 drama 'The Glory,' and recently appeared in the movie 'Sister' and the Genie TV drama 'Climax.' Fans have been sending messages of support, such as "Get well soon" and "Still beautiful," following the update shared approximately three months after her surgery.
