As the SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Law Office of Shin' concludes, the weekend drama competition landscape is being reshaped. Attention is focused on whether MBC's Friday-Saturday drama '21st Century Grand Prince's Wife,' currently holding the No. 1 viewership rating, can maintain its top position.

The SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Law Office of Shin,' starring Yoo Yeon-seok, ended on the 2nd with a viewership rating of 7.6%. While it didn't reach its peak rating of 10% (episode 6), it consistently maintained ratings in the 6% range from episode 9 onwards, rising to the 7% range in the final week's episodes 15 and 16, concluding on a high note.

In this context, MBC's Friday-Saturday drama '21st Century Grand Prince's Wife,' starring IU and Byun Woo-seok, maintained its No. 1 position in weekend drama viewership ratings this week. However, unlike previous episodes where the highest ratings were broken every even-numbered episode, this time it only managed to maintain 11.2%, showing a slight slowdown in its upward trend. Last week's episode 6 had a viewership rating of 11.2%, and this week's episode 8 also recorded 11.2%.

tvN's Saturday-Sunday drama 'Secret Audit,' starring Shin Hye-sun and Gong Myung, is also showing strong momentum. Looking only at odd-numbered episodes, ratings rose from 4.4% in episode 1 last week to 4.8% in episode 3, which aired yesterday. Last week's episode 2 recorded a peak rating of 6.3%. Considering the tendency for higher ratings in even-numbered episodes, a new peak rating is expected in episode 4, airing today (the 3rd).

JTBC's Saturday-Sunday drama 'Everyone is Fighting Their Own Worthlessness' (hereinafter referred to as 'FIGHTING WORTHLESSNESS'), starring Koo Kyo-hwan and Go Youn-jung, also saw a slight increase in viewership ratings. From 2.4% in episode 4 last week, episode 5, which aired yesterday (the 2nd), recorded 2.5%, setting a new peak rating. Although the viewership ratings for 'FIGHTING WORTHLESSNESS' are generally low, it is receiving positive responses on global OTT platforms, ranking on Netflix.
