Ahead of the broadcast of the 15th episode of TV CHOSUN's weekend mini-series 'Doctor Shin,' a released photo shows the main character Shin Jushin (played by Jung Yi Chan) throwing a bouquet into the sea at the beach, sparking curiosity. This scene heightens the tension of the drama, with only two episodes left until its conclusion.

In the previous 14th episode, Shin Jushin struggled to find Geum Bara (played by Joo Se Bin), who had suddenly disappeared, revealing his longing for her. After Geum Bara's return, Shin Jushin told Ha Yong Joong (played by Ahn Woo Yeon), "Bara is hospitalized. I'm going to run some tests," raising a sense of foreboding about future developments.

In the scene to be revealed in the 15th episode, Shin Jushin is seen standing on the beach at sunset, holding a carefully wrapped bouquet, lost in deep sorrow. After standing on the beach for a long time, he eventually throws the bouquet into the sea, revealing emotional turmoil that has been rarely seen before.

Regarding this scene, the production team explained, "Unlike his indifferent attitude maintained after saving his beloved Momo (played by Baek Seo Ra) through 'brain-swap surgery,' this is a significant scene showing emotional turmoil for the genius doctor Shin Jushin," and asked viewers to pay attention to what kind of repercussions Shin Jushin's solitary visit to the beach will bring.

Without a single line of dialogue, Jung Yi Chan heightened the immersion of the drama by expressing Shin Jushin's psychological state through flickering eyes and short sighs. He revealed complex emotions for the first time, including regret, sadness, and pity, raising expectations for future developments.
