Comedian Lee Hong-ryul Marries 1-Year Younger Partner

Comedian Omajoo (Kim Majoo, 37) married a non-celebrity one year her junior. The wedding ceremony took place on the 2nd at 3:30 PM at the KT Convention Wedding Hall in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

Lee Hong-ryul officiated the wedding, Jung Jae-hyung of 'Psick University' served as the MC, and Lee Chang-ho from Meta Comedy sang the celebratory song, gracing the occasion.

Regarding her marriage, Omajoo stated, "We, who walked our separate paths, will now take steps forward together," adding, "We will not forget the well wishes of those who congratulated us and will live happily."

The honeymoon will be to Portugal, a place she has always admired. They are scheduled to depart on the 3rd, the day after the wedding, for a 10-night, 11-day trip. Their new home is in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul.

Omajoo debuted as a comedian through MBC's 20th open recruitment and appeared in shows like 'Falling for Comedy' and 'The Road to Comedy'. She has since been consistently active in EBS children's programs and on YouTube's 'Psick University'. In particular, she received much love for her role as Bae Areum in the 'Psick University' segment '05 is back!'.
