Dr. Shin Jusebin Pregnant with Ahn Woo Yeon's Baby

In the 13th episode of TV Chosun's weekend mini-series 'Dr. Shin', Geum Bara (played by Joo Se-bin) shocked viewers by disappearing after becoming pregnant with Ha Yong-joong's (played by Ahn Woo-yeon) child, ending with a 'disappearing pregnancy' cliffhanger.

The broadcast revealed the full story behind Mo Mo's (played by Baek Seo-ra) 'brain-swapping surgery' as explained by Shin Joo-shin (played by Jung Yi-chan). Mo Mo (with Kim Jin-ju's brain) visited Geum Bara, pestering her to go to a karaoke bar and singing a song that reminded Geum Bara of Kim Jin-ju, making Geum Bara suspicious of Mo Mo's change.

Geum Bara worried to Shin Joo-shin that Mo Mo seemed possessed by the deceased Kim Jin-ju, but Shin Joo-shin confessed, "It's not possession, it's really Kim Jin-ju. Only the outside is Mo Mo, just the body. The first brain-swap was Mo Mo's mother, and then Kim Jin-ju." He then proposed the brain-swapping surgery to Geum Bara so she could marry Ha Yong-joong. Geum Bara refused to have Kim Jin-ju's brain put into her body, but Shin Joo-shin stated he would perform the surgery for Geum Bara's happiness.

After recalling how Kim Jin-ju's schemes led to her own childhood abandonment, Geum Bara imagined Kim Jin-ju marrying Ha Yong-joong and wept over Mo Mo's death. Finally, Geum Bara directly asked Mo Mo (with Kim Jin-ju's brain), "Are you Kim Jin-ju?", and pleaded with her to let go of Ha Yong-joong. However, Mo Mo retorted defiantly, "I like Yong-joong oppa too." Furthermore, Mo Mo threatened that revealing the 'brain-swapping surgery' would make Shin Joo-shin a murderer and declared an end to her relationship with Geum Bara. Despite Geum Bara's pleas, Mo Mo and Ha Yong-joong went ahead with their wedding.

Meanwhile, Shin Joo-shin tried to call Geum Bara, but her number was out of service. He was distressed to receive a farewell email from Geum Bara stating, "I wish you happiness finding someone worthy of a director, from my heart from afar." Ha Yong-joong also inquired about Geum Bara's whereabouts, and Shin Joo-shin informed him that Geum Bara had left.
