TXT Wins 1st Place on Inkigayo

Group TXT (Tomorrow X Together) took first place on SBS's 'Inkigayo' during the last week of April. On the broadcast of 'Inkigayo' on the 26th, AKMU's 'Joy, Sadness, Beautiful Mind' and 'Paradise of Rumor,' along with TXT's 'Sugar Rush Ride,' were nominated for first place.

On this day, TXT's 'Sugar Rush Ride' recorded first place with a total of 5727 points, calculated by combining album sales (10%) with 1000 points, SNS (20%) with 2000 points, pre-viewer voting (5%) with 206 points, airplay score (10%) with 872 points, live voting (5%) with 500 points, and online music (50%) with 1149 points. AKMU's 'Joy, Sadness, Beautiful Mind' took second place with 3894 points, and 'Paradise of Rumor' took third place with 3682 points.

TXT expressed their gratitude, stating, "We have achieved a grand slam with the awards received up to today," and thanked "MOA (fandom name) for giving us five awards." They added, "Although our promotions end today, we will continue to work hard, so please look forward to our future endeavors."

Furthermore, the members shared, "This song was released after our contract renewal, and we returned with a song titled 'Sugar Rush Ride' meaning let's be together forever." TXT's 8th mini-album, 'The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION,' features the five members as the protagonists, capturing the emotions and thoughts they have felt over the seven years since their debut. The title track, 'Sugar Rush Ride,' depicts the desperate desire to hold onto a love that is coming to an end.
