Shin Jaeha North Korean Village Scam Victim

Actor Shin Jae-ha has successfully returned to the theater stage, taking on the role of Na In-gi, a character who lost everything after falling victim to a scam, in the play 'Lucky Goshiwon'. The production concluded on the 5th at the Jiguin Art Hall in Daehangno, Seoul.

'Lucky Goshiwon' is set in a realistic space of a goshiwon (a type of low-cost boarding house) in a hillside village below Bukhansan Mountain. It depicts the process of characters, each carrying their own failures and wounds, coming together, clashing, and leaning on each other, ultimately realizing that 'luck' can be another name for 'happiness'. The play delicately captured the frustrations and resilience of youth, as well as emotions of love and solidarity, leaving a deep impression.
