In his second year of divorce, he is currently working as a manager at a bar in Hannam-dong, Seoul, surprising the cast members with his versatility as an "all-rounder" handling cooking, the counter, and table service.

Jin Hyun-geun's diligence has led to results. The owner of the restaurant where he works praised him, saying, "Our monthly sales increased by 20 million won after Hyun-geun started working here," and added, "It was a great decision to get divorced."
