Actress Ko Asung will make a special appearance in the drama 'The Miracles of the Namiya General Store,' following her role in the Netflix film 'Pavane,' reuniting with Moon Sang Min. 'The Miracles of the Namiya General Store' tells the story of a trio of thieves hiding in a general store that connects the past and present, who respond to letters seeking advice and uncover the secrets of miraculous connections intertwined with their own lives. The addition of Ko Asung to the already star-studded cast, including Ryu Seung Ryong, Lee Chae Min, Kim Hye Yoon, Yum Jung Ah, and Park Se Wan, is raising anticipation.

Ko Asung and Moon Sang Min received positive reviews for their romance scenes in the Netflix film 'Pavane,' released last February, overcoming an 8-year age gap. 'Pavane,' released after nearly 10 years of preparation, allowed viewers to witness both Ko Asung's solid acting skills and Moon Sang Min's new charms. The two actors have confirmed their appearance in 'The Miracles of the Namiya General Store,' working together once again, though it has not yet been revealed if they will appear in the same episode.

Ko Asung withdrew from 'The Chun Hwa Love Story' in September 2023 due to an injury, but has been actively continuing her entertainment activities after recovering. She has participated in various projects, including the Netflix film 'Pavane,' and has also confirmed her appearance in the play 'Uncle Vanya.' Recently, she appeared on KBS1's 'Morning Yard' and showcased her chemistry with actor Lee Seo Jin. The play 'Uncle Vanya' is scheduled to open on the 7th of next month.
