Korean Couple Min-kyung & Seung-yong, 9-Year Age Gap Love

Kwak Min-kyung and Shin Seung-yong, who appeared on TVING's dating reality show 'Transit Love 4', have officially revealed that they have developed into a real couple. Kwak Min-kyung confirmed their relationship on the 8th by uploading a video titled 'A Story I Want to Tell' to her YouTube channel, 'Minwa'.

In the video, Kwak Min-kyung stated that her relationship with Shin Seung-yong was as viewers had predicted, saying, "From the moment I first uploaded the video, I received many questions about my relationship with Seung-yong oppa." Shin Seung-yong also shared that they had been dating almost every day since before the broadcast, adding, "Until we went public, we wore masks and dated secretly, which was very difficult. I thought it was right to be open about it rather than hide it."

Regarding why her feelings for Shin Seung-yong deepened, Kwak Min-kyung explained, "Seung-yong oppa was the one who stayed by my side when I was having a hard time, both during filming and afterward." She also mentioned that when she saw that every sentence about love in a book Shin Seung-yong lent her was underlined, she "​felt that he was more sincere about love than I thought."

The two have a 9-year age difference. Kwak Min-kyung revealed, "I told him first that I didn't mind because oppa seemed to be concerned about the age difference," and they naturally grew closer afterward. Shin Seung-yong also confessed that he was hesitant to approach her first due to the age difference.
