This controversy arose recently when a recruitment notice for staff for WOODZ's world tour 'Archive.1' German concert was posted on an online community. The notice specified that staff were being sought for duties such as maintaining audience order, managing the merchandise booth, and assisting the show runner.

In particular, criticism spread after it became known that the notice required professionalism, such as fluency in Korean, German, and English, preference for K-pop concert experience, and knowledge of lighting and sound, while offering no salary, only meals and the opportunity to watch the performance. The ticket prices for the concert were set at approximately 420,000 won for VIP seats and 150,000 won for general admission.
