Singer Seo In-young has explained that the disappearance of her YouTube channel, just one day after its creation, was due to a "temporary error." Seo In-young revealed on her social media that "​the account was temporarily blocked due to a temporary error," and shared her feelings, saying, "​It's so hard to repent and reform." She also added that she is reading all the comments left by her fans and "​thank you for the positive comments."

Seo In-young had opened the YouTube channel 'Repent and Reform Seo In-young' the previous day and uploaded the first video. However, when accessing the channel, a message stated, "​Your account has been terminated for violating Google's Terms of Service." As a result, the original video cannot be viewed, and some videos display the account termination notice when clicked.

In her first video, Seo In-young looked back on her entertainment career through a malicious comment reading segment, honestly discussing various controversies surrounding her. Regarding the 2017 hotel profanity controversy, she admitted, "​I was wrong to swear," but also mentioned, "​There were many things that were not true." She also confessed that after the incident, she suffered from severe panic disorder and depression, making it impossible to work, and she didn't want to live.

Regarding her marriage and divorce, she said, "Everyone said they knew I would get divorced. Only I didn't know." Seo In-young married in 2023 and divorced in 2024. Regarding her 2011 "head-nodding" remark, she commented, "​If it were now, I don't think I would use the word 'rude'," explaining the situation at the time.
