K-Drama Couple Kim Hae-joon & Kim Seung-hye Expecting First Child After 2 Years of Marriage

Comedian Kim Seung-hye announced her pregnancy two years after marrying her husband Kim Hae-jun. Kim Seung-hye shared the news of her pregnancy on her Instagram, stating, "A baby angel has finally found us."

Kim Seung-hye revealed, "It's with both worry and excitement that I'm cautiously announcing this at 17 weeks," adding, "​As first-time parents, we have much to learn, but we promise to show you how we navigate this journey well." She also requested, "​Please cheer for our family."

The revealed photos show a door decorated with a message congratulating "Dad on becoming a dad," along with a pregnancy test, ultrasound photos, and baby-shaped balloons, drawing attention. Kim Hae-jun is pictured smiling broadly while touching his wife Kim Seung-hye's belly.

Upon hearing the news of Kim Seung-hye's pregnancy, fellow comedian Hong Hyun-hee congratulated her, saying, "Congratulations, our Seung-hye, on becoming a mom," and Jo Hye-ryun also sent her congratulations, exclaiming, "Kya! Sincere congratulations. Long live Seung-hye and Hae-jun!"

Kim Seung-hye and Kim Hae-jun, both born in 1987, met through theater, dated for about a year, and got married in October 2024.
