Korean Actor Shin Ki-joong Cleared of False Charges, Happy Ending

In episodes 15 and 16 of SBS's Friday-Saturday drama 'Mystic Pop-up Bar', lawyer Shin Yu-yeol (Yoo Yeon-seok), who can see ghosts, uncovered the truth behind his father Shin Ki-joong's (Choi Won-young) unjust death.

Yu-yeol discovered that his father, Ki-joong, was framed and sacrificed while trying to hide a recording device containing Yang Byeong-il's (Choi Gwang-il) corruption. He spent his remaining time with his father and found the recording device, the crucial evidence for solving the case. However, he faced a crisis when gangsters involved with Taebaek attacked and stole the recording device.

But Yu-yeol did not give up and realized that Taebaek CEO Yang Do-kyung (Kim Kyung-nam) had the recording device. Using his wits and cooperating with Shin Ki-joong, Yu-yeol eventually recovered the recording device and revealed Yang Byeong-il's corruption by disclosing it to the press, clearing Shin Ki-joong's name.

After solving the case, Yu-yeol returned to his family with Shin Ki-joong and spent happy times together. He reassured his departing father and conveyed his father's love to his family, delivering a deeply moving moment. Yu-yeol continued his life as a lawyer specializing in ghosts, and in the end, he elicited laughter by being possessed by a dog.

Yoo Yeon-seok enhanced the drama's immersion with his detailed possession acting and delicate emotional portrayal in 'Mystic Pop-up Bar'. He masterfully depicted the exhilaration of resolving the stories of wronged spirits and the complex emotions towards his father, leaving a profound lasting impression.
