Kim Soo Hyun's Gaunt Face in Seongsu Sparks Concern

Actor Kim Soo-hyun's recent sighting in Seongsu-dong has been reported. YouTuber Lee Jin-ho revealed on his YouTube channel, "An acquaintance happened to meet Kim Soo-hyun while passing through Seongsu-dong about 4 to 5 days ago." The witness stated that Kim Soo-hyun's "​gaunt and haggard face was noticeable," and Lee Jin-ho mentioned his difficulties, saying, "He's in a situation where tens of millions of won are spent each month just by breathing." He explained that Kim Soo-hyun is under significant financial pressure because the case has been stalled for 1 year and 4 months.

Lee Jin-ho also reported that Kim Soo-hyun's agency, Gold Medalist, is in a difficult situation. He analyzed that the agency suffered a blow to its profitability due to the departure of some actors, including Lee Chae-min, and that this incident caused them to miss the opportunity to become Asia's leading management company and fall into hardship.

Previously, in March of last year, Kim Soo-hyun was embroiled in allegations of dating the late Kim Sae-ron during her minor years. The YouTube channel 'Garo Sero Institute' claimed that Kim Sae-ron dated Kim Soo-hyun from late 2015 to July 2021, when she was in her third year of middle school, and filed a lawsuit against Kim Soo-hyun for violating the Child Welfare Act.

In response, Kim Soo-hyun's side admitted to dating Kim Sae-ron but clarified that the dating period was after Kim Sae-ron became an adult in 2019. Kim Soo-hyun's side has filed lawsuits against Garo Sero Institute's CEO Kim Se-eui for defamation under the Information and Communications Network Act and violation of the Stalking Punishment Act, and against Kim Sae-ron's family for defamation. Currently, Kim Soo-hyun is facing contract terminations for advertising model deals from multiple brands and lawsuits for damages, and both sides are engaged in legal battles. Lee Jin-ho added that he does not know the reason for the delay in the investigation.
